Schema Therapy Order Information
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We have three methods available for ordering Schema Therapy materials.
The first and simplest is ordering with a credit card online. Just click on the link to the right and you will be transferred to our secure Schema Therapy Order Center. With a few simple steps, you can choose the type of packet you want, fill in your billing information, and complete your order ... all online. Our online system accepts domestic and foreign orders, using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards.
We'll send the material out to you via USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your packet within 14 business days from the date you order if you live in the US or Canada -- and within 20 business days to other countries. Please contact us for price information if you would like your package shipped by a faster method.
We also offer quantity discounts to institutions such as universities, hospitals, etc.
We use a secure server, so there's no need to worry about unauthorized parties gaining access to your personal information.
The second option is to place an order via mail or fax. Please click on this link to print out our Mail-In or Fax Order Form. Complete the form, and either mail or fax it to us with your payment in US Dollars or by credit card. Our fax number is 1-212-221-1818. WE CANNOT PROCESS CHECKS BASED ON FOREIGN CURRENCY. Be sure to indicate which packet option you prefer on the form.
The third option is to place your order by phone using a credit card during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm, Eastern Time). Call 1-212-221-0700.
