Schema Therapy Order Information
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We have two methods available for ordering Schema Therapy materials.
The first and simplest is ordering with a credit card online. Just click on the link to the right and you will be transferred to our secure Schema Therapy Order Center. With a few simple steps, you can choose the type of packet you want, fill in your billing information, and complete your order ... all online. Our online system accepts domestic and foreign orders, using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards.
We'll send the material out to you via USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your packet within 14 business days from the date you order if you live in the US or Canada -- and within 20 business days to other countries. Please contact us for price information if you would like your package shipped by a faster method.
We also offer quantity discounts to institutions such as universities, hospitals, etc.
We use a secure server, so there's no need to worry about unauthorized parties gaining access to your personal information.
The second option is to place an order via email or fax. Please click on the link at the right to print out our Fax/Email Order Form . Complete the form, and either email or fax it to us with your credit card information. Our fax number is 1-212-837-2741. Our email address is institute@schematherapy.com. Be sure to indicate which packet option you prefer on the form.
