Pricing for Schema Inventories and Forms
Please be sure to read the section on Permission to Use first, before ordering schema materials. As stated in the Permission to Use section, the inventories on this site are for evaluation purposes only. To reproduce any schema inventory for research or clinical use, you must first either order a set of inventories from us, or pay us for permission to use them.
We have completed a new, revised version of the YSQ, with both long and short forms (YSQ-3), measuring all 18 schemas. This new version will soon be included in both packets.
We offer two packets of schema materials for purchase. The Schema Inventory Packet includes one copy of each inventory, a Schema Grid, and some other material related to the inventories. The packet contains more than 40 pages of material. The complete price for the Schema Inventory Packet, including unlimited copying for your own use, is $25 within the US, and $35 outside the US. We will mail the packet to you via Priority Mail or Priority Mail International, if available where you live. If you need the materials sooner, please contact us, and we will arrange overnight shipping at an additional cost.
We also offer a much more extensive packet of schema materials for purchase. The Complete Schema Packet contains over 120 pages of lecture outlines, worksheets and handouts for patients, and all of the materials and permission to copy contained in the Schema Inventory Packet. (Thus there is no need to purchase the Schema Inventory packet if you purchase the complete packet.) The complete price for the Complete Schema Packet, including unlimited copying for your own use, is $40 within the US, and $55 outside the US. The shipping methods are the same as above.
The third option is to pay us for permission to copy and use the inventories. We will not send you anything, except an e-mail authorizing you to make unlimited copies of all of the inventories for your own use. The price for this option is $20 (domestic or foreign).
If you later want to order replacement packets or forms that have been updated since your purchase, the cost will $10 if we can e-mail you just one or two revised forms. If you need us to mail you a new packet or forms, you will receive a discount of approximately 30% off the normal price. If you purchased a packet in the past, please contact us if you would like to order revised forms or packets.
